Job summary

Guardians of Honor is seeking a Data Management Specialist to lead grants data analysis and reporting for the Office of Head Start client. You will serve as the primary data contact between functional and technical teams and support data governance, QA, and dashboard development.

Your responsibilities include building and maintaining databases, generating reports, coordinating with grant recipients, and ensuring data quality across sources (Excel, Smartsheet, SQL, Power BI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of related professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, and SQL.
• Experience with grants management or education programs is a plus.
• Ability to pass background investigations as required for access to federal facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead grants management data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Develop and maintain databases and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and governance across multiple sources.
• Provide training and support to data teams and grant recipients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
