Job summary

Guardians of Honor LLC is seeking an energetic grants management data analyst to support our Office of Head Start client in the OHS West Region. You will lead data analysis, reporting, and dashboards, acting as the data/system liaison between business and IT teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python or R, and familiarity with federal grants processes. Full-time, on-site with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of related professional experience in grants management or federal programs.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau and data visualization tools; experience with SQL, Python or R is expected.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Experience with databases, data integration, and data quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop databases, reports, and tools to support grants management efficiencies.
• Maintain data and systems; oversee data quality and governance.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS).
• Prepare reports and presentations; translate complex data into visual stories.
• Lead data collection, validation, and analysis from multiple sources.
• Provide trainings on database functionality for colleagues and grant recipients.
• Support pre- and post-award grants management activities as needed.
