Job summary

Guardians of Honor LLC is seeking a data analytics professional to support the Office of Head Start client with grants management data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. The role involves coordinating between functional and technical teams, integrating data from multiple sources, and delivering high-quality analyses to drive decisions and process improvements.

Responsibilities include building databases, maintaining data infrastructure, and creating visual narratives using tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred.
3+ years of related professional experience are required.
Proficiency in web-based and data management software (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Tableau, Python, R, SQL, Power BI; ArcGIS, Figma, Canva).

Responsibilities

Develop databases, reports, and tools to support efficiencies and process improvement.
Maintain and update grants management databases.
Develop, design, and maintain databases across platforms (Excel, Smartsheet, Python, R, SQL, GIS, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics).
Prepare and maintain project files and deliverables.
Create reports and presentations on analytical findings for diverse audiences.
Translate complex data into visual stories and dashboards.
