Job summary

Guardians of Honor LLC is seeking a Data Management Specialist to lead grants management data analysis and reporting for the Office of Head Start client. The role focuses on serving as the data and system contact between functional and technical teams, ensuring accurate data across sources.

You will build and test databases, develop governance models, and deliver insightful dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, and SQL. Onsite work at the Southeast Regional Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with grants management data and federal systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, and SQL.
• Ability to pass background investigations and obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Onsite work at OHS Southeast Regional Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead grants management data analysis and reporting.
• Design and maintain databases and data tools.
• Develop data governance models and metadata management.
• Provide data quality assurance and training.
• Prepare reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.
• Maintain project timelines, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support pre- and post-award grants activities.
