The position requires onsite work at the OHS HQ Office. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of related experience, proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, SQL, and Power BI, and a solid understanding of metadata management and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency with web-based and commercial data management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, SQL, Power BI).
• Experience with metadata management, data quality assurance/validation, and data governance.
• Ability to work onsite at the OHS HQ Office and support federal grant processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead grants management data analysis and reporting across the lifecycle.
• Maintain and oversee grants management databases.
• Develop data governance models and metadata management systems.
• Develop data quality assurance processes and train data teams.
• Provide training on database functionality and generate audience-specific reports.
• Coordinate with team to ensure high-quality deliverables and updated information.
• Support pre- and post-award grants activities, including metrics and reporting.
