Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network seeks a Grant Writing Specialist to secure funding by developing compelling proposals, managing documentation, and supporting program development. The role reports to the Sr.

Director of Contracts and Revenue and prioritizes 100% in-person work at the corporate office in Chino Hills, CA (Remote may be considered based on location). The position features a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in grant proposal writing, fundraising, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of grant life cycle management from research to reporting.
• Ability to tailor proposals to meet specific funder requirements.
• Knowledge in IDD and Medicaid Waiver funding system is preferred

Responsibilities

• Grant Research & Development: Research and identify funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and corporate donors. Maintain a grant calendar and track submission deadlines.
• Proposal Writing & Submission: Develop, write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals and supporting documents. Ensure all submissions meet funder requirements and compliance standards.
• Budget Preparation & Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed grant budgets and financial reports in collaboration with finance and program teams. Ensure accuracy and alignment with grant guidelines.
• Funder Relations: Maintain ongoing communication with funders, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and relationship stewardship.
