Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Grant Writing Specialist to secure funding by crafting compelling proposals and managing grant documentation. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Contracts and Revenue, with a strong preference for 100% in-person work at the corporate office in Chino Hills, CA. Remote work may be considered based on location.

You will develop budgets, ensure compliance, and collaborate with program staff to align funding strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in grant writing, proposal development, or fundraising.
• Experience with budgets and financial reports for grant applications.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and corporate donors.
• Develop, write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals and supporting documents.
• Prepare detailed grant budgets and financial reports in collaboration with finance and program teams.
• Manage grant applications from inception through submission and post-award reporting.
• Maintain ongoing communication with funders and support strategic planning related to fundraising goals.
