Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network seeks a Grant Writing Specialist in Chino Hills, CA to secure funding by crafting compelling proposals, managing documentation, and supporting program development. This role partners with Finance and Programs to align grant strategies with nonprofit goals and regulatory requirements.

The position favors 100% in-person work at the corporate office, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; remote work may be considered based on location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of grant writing and fundraising experience.
• Experience preparing budgets and financial reports for grant applications.
• Experience with contract management and compliance reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grant Research & Development: Research funding opportunities and track deadlines.
• Proposal Writing & Submission: Develop, edit and submit high-quality proposals.
• Budget Preparation & Financial Reporting: Prepare budgets and reports and ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Grant Management & Reporting: Manage applications through submission and post-award reporting.
