Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in grant writing, proposal development, or fundraising.
• Experience preparing budgets and financial reports for grant applications.
• Experience with contract management and compliance reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and corporate donors.
• Develop, write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals and supporting documents.
• Prepare detailed grant budgets and financial reports in collaboration with finance and program teams.
• Manage grant applications from inception through submission and post-award reporting; ensure timely reports.
• Collaborate with program staff to gather data, outcomes, and impact information for proposals.
