Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Grant Writing Specialist to secure funding through compelling proposals and rigorous grant management. The role involves researching funders, developing budgets, and coordinating reporting with finance and program teams.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Contracts and Revenue, this position emphasizes in-person work at the corporate office with some flexibility for remote work depending on location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of grant writing, proposal development, or fundraising.
• Experience preparing budgets and financial reports for grant applications.
• Experience with contract management and compliance reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grant research, development and submission of high-quality proposals.
• Prepare detailed grant budgets and financial reports in collaboration with finance and program teams.
• Maintain grant calendars, deadlines and funder reporting.
• Collaborate with program staff to gather data and impact information for proposals.
• Maintain ongoing funder relations and reporting.
