Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking graduates for its 14-week Technical Sales Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. You start with your team at a predetermined office location and become a technical expert for our commercial customers.

After completing the program, you will assume the role of Associate Account Manager in Equipment, Services, or Controls. Expect to engage engineers, architects, contractors, and owners to design, apply, and sell building solutions and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Open to all Engineering areas). Must be graduated prior to start date of Graduate Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Sell the world's most complete line of efficient HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners in the design, application and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services for customers’ buildings.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying and understanding customer needs throughout a full sales cycle.
• Enhance sales strategies via development of opportunities and analysis of market conditions.
• Create and execute a sales plan and growth strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Achieve quotas through securing new design wins and managing the sales channel.
