Job summary

Trane Technologies in La Crosse, WI invites recent graduates to join the 14-week Technical Sales Graduate Training Program. You will begin as an Associate Account Manager focusing on Equipment, Services, or Controls, located at a predetermined office.

After completing the program, you’ll contribute to selling HVAC solutions to commercial customers, develop relationships with engineers and owners, and pursue a growth plan to meet or exceed targets, with a compensation package that includes base

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any area of emphasis)
• Willing to relocate for the 14‑week training program
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment, services, or controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners to design, apply and sell equipment and services
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through full sales cycle understanding needs
• Develop sales strategies and analyze market conditions to identify opportunities
• Create and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets
• Achieve objectives and quotas through securing design wins and managing the sales channel
