Job summary

Trane Technologies is launching a 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI, to develop future leaders in technical sales. You will begin as an Associate Account Manager, specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls, in a predetermined office location.

After training, you will sell a full line of HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial and institutional customers, building relationships through problem solving and a full sales cycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
Prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office work 3 months prior to GTP start date.
U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers on design and sale.
Build relationships and understand customer needs throughout the sales cycle.
Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
Contribute to strategic opportunities and market analysis to improve sales.
