Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking graduates for its 14-week Graduate Training Program (GTP) in La Crosse, WI. The program develops technical, business and leadership skills, preparing you for an Associate Account Manager role with on-site placements across North America.

You will work with a team of engineers and sales professionals, engaging in customer solutions for HVAC systems and building controls. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and the ability to relocate are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; graduates must be eligible to start the program on time.
• Must be graduated prior to start date of Graduate Training Program.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields and problem solving.
• Internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to commence in-office work 3 months prior to GTP start date.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers in design and sale of equipment and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout a full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute sales plans and growth strategies for assigned territories.
