Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. invites recent graduates to join the ACE program in Milwaukee, a 18‑month sales development track to build product and channel sales skills. You will rotate through the Fire Detection unit and gain hands‑on experience with CRM and PowerBI.

After six months you relocate to a designated Southeast location (Florida) and transition to field sales roles, contributing to safer buildings and smarter solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Recent graduate or senior expecting to graduate Apr 2027–Jun 2027; program starts Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Complete ACE foundational sales training.
• Establish cadence with Area/Regional Sales Managers.
• Provide technical and commercial aid to FD outside sales personnel and customers using internal tools.
• Assist sales team with CRM opportunity pipeline management and account hygiene.
• Create, analyze and customize sales reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Develop internal relationships and enable cross‑department collaboration.
