Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Admin/Business Management, Mechanical Engineer, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• GPA of 2.5 or above, with a preference for 3.0+.
• Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills.
• Internships, co-op programs, or university projects providing industry insight.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.

Responsibilities

• Safety Excellence: you will be trained in safety protocols and ensure standards are met across operations.
• Rotational Learning: participate in a structured rotation covering Safety, Plant Management & Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control & Project Coordination, Customer Service/Sales, Dispatch, Environmental and Human Resources.
• Skill Development: develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work, training, and mentorship.
• Networking: build a network of contacts across Cemex.
• Innovation and Improvement: contribute to continuous improvement in Ready-Mix operations.
