Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Science/Management, Business Admin/Management, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• GPA of 2.5 or above; preference for 3.0+.
• Leadership qualities and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across Ready-Mix operations, including Safety, Plant/ Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control, Customer Service and Dispatch.
• Engage in project-based learning, networking with peers, mentors, and leaders across Cemex’s business lines.
• Develop leadership and technical skills through hands-on work, training sessions, and mentorship.
