Job summary

Cemex USA invites motivated recent graduates to join our Talent Development Program (TDP), a 12‑month, hands‑on experience designed to rotate through our Ready‑Mix division. As a Talent Development Professional (TDP), you’ll gain exposure to Safety, Plant Management, Fleet, Quality, Dispatch, Sales, Environmental and HR, developing broad operational insights.

We emphasize mentorship and targeted training to cultivate leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

Recent bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Admin/Business Management, Mechanical Engineer, Environmental Engineering or related field
GPA of 2.5+ (3.0+ preferred)
Leadership qualities and proactive learning and problem‑solving
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed

Responsibilities

Participate in a structured rotational program across Ready‑Mix operations.
Experience rotations in Safety, Plant Management & Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control & Project Coordination, Customer Service/Sales, Dispatch, Environmental, and HR.
Develop both technical and soft skills through hands‑on work, training sessions, and mentorship.
