Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Admin/Business Management, Mechanical Engineer, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• GPA of 2.5 or above; preference for 3.0+.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotational assignments across Ready-Mix operations.
• Participate in safety training and uphold safety standards.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work.
• Build networks with mentors and leaders across Cemex.
