Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIM, Construction Science/Management, Business Admin/Management, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred; 2.5+ acceptable with potential.
• Leadership potential and proactive learning approach.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S.
• Internships, co-op programs, or university projects valued.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across Ready‑Mix operations.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands‑on work and mentorship.
• Build a network across Cemex via mentoring and peer connections.
• Contribute ideas to improve safety, processes and projects.
• Travel as rotations require and scheduling permits.
