Job summary

Cemex US is seeking driven recent graduates to join the Talent Development Program (TDP). This 12‑month program provides hands-on experience through rotations in the Ready‑Mix division, exposing you to Safety, Plant Management, Fleet, QC, and Customer Service.

You will build leadership and technical skills, preparing you for future opportunities within Cemex USA. As a TDP, you’ll gain mentorship, contribute to projects, and network across the business lines like Aggregates, Cement, and Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Concrete Industry Management, Construction Science/Management, Business Admin/Management, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• GPA 2.5+ with preference for 3.0+.
• Leadership potential and proactive learning.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across Ready‑Mix operations (Safety, Plant mgmt & maintenance, Fleet maintenance, QC & Project coordination, Customer service/Sales, Dispatch, Environmental, HR).
• Develop technical and transferable soft skills through hands-on work, training sessions, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with peers, mentors and leaders across Cemex to build a network.
• Contribute to real projects and continuous improvement efforts within the Ready‑Mix division.
