• GPA 2.5 or above, with preference for 3.0 or higher.
• Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Communication and analytical/presentation skills; internships or projects valued.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across Ready‑Mix operations, including Safety, Plant Management & Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control, Project Coordination, Customer Service/Sales, Dispatch, Environmental, and Human Resources.
• Engage in safety training and uphold safety standards across operations.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work, training sessions, and mentorship.
• Build a professional network across Cemex and its business lines to prepare for future roles.
