Convergint is offering a 2027 College Development Program - Sales in Miami, FL for full-time individuals. The six-month training program emphasizes networking, learning, and hands-on experience to secure sales opportunities while delivering world-class service to customers.

You will prospect, cultivate relationships, and collaborate with various industries to grow the account base, with a supportive culture and strong emphasis on integrity and equal opportunity.

Formación

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1-3 years sales or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with existing customers and prospects to cultivate and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with premier partners in vertical markets and industries to drive sales.
• Develop business opportunities, conduct needs assessments and write proposals for system installation and service opportunities.
• Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, event attendance and industry associations.
• Partner with operations to execute growth, development, sales and marketing of all solutions.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
