Convergint is seeking and training new sales colleagues for a six-month College Development Program in Orlando, FL. You will learn, network, and prepare to drive sales while delivering world-class service to customers.

You will build relationships with customers and partners, translate needs into proposals, and work with teams to grow our solutions across diverse markets. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or trade school or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years sales or equivalent preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills required.
