Convergint is seeking enthusiastic College Development Program - Sales candidates for our Orlando, FL office. This full-time role kicks off with a six-month training program designed to build relationships, understand client needs, and develop sales acumen as you join a team delivering world-class service.

You'll prospect, cultivate new opportunities, and learn to translate customer requirements into effective proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with clients.
• Proven ability to build and grow relationships and identify opportunities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers and prospects to cultivate and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with premier partners in various vertical markets to drive sales.
• Develop business opportunities, conduct needs assessments and write proposals.
• Develop market awareness through networking, events, and industry associations.
• Partner with operations to execute growth, development, sales, and marketing.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project plans.
