Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze voice-of-customer data and customer journeys.
• Evaluate digital experiences across websites and apps.
• Review Adobe Analytics insights and support optimization initiatives.
• Develop journey maps and experience recommendations for stakeholders.
• Assist with content and SEO optimization efforts and prepare presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to mentorship and cross-functional project-based learning.
