Job summary

United Concordia Dental Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Graduate Internship provides hands-on experience supporting customer experience strategy, digital experience optimization, journey analytics, and experience design within a healthcare organization.

You will collaborate with business leaders, digital experience professionals, marketing teams, product owners, and analytics partners to improve satisfaction, engagement, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Customer Experience Management, Human-Centered Design, UX, Digital Marketing, Product Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience with VOC analytics, customer journey mapping, customer experience measurement, or digital experience analysis.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and internal stakeholders during assignments and problem resolution.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives and receive guidance from senior personnel.
• Participate in projects designed to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise.
• As requested by management, conduct research and prepare recommendations for action.
• Engage in related studies or enrichment programs aligned with the operating unit objectives.
