The program offers hands-on training in VOC analytics, journey mapping, content optimization, and presentation delivery, with exposure to AI-driven insights and data-driven decision making across customer touchpoints.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pursuit of a graduate degree (full or part-time) in an accredited college or university required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze voice-of-customer data to evaluate journeys and experiences.
• Review website and digital experience assessments and analytics insights.
• Support process improvement initiatives and develop journey maps and recommendations.
• Assist with content and SEO optimization efforts and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Contribute to customer experience, UX, and digital strategy initiatives as part of a mentorship program.
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
