United Concordia Dental is offering a Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Graduate Internship in the U.S. for candidates pursuing graduate degrees.

The program focuses on customer experience strategy, journey analytics, digital optimization, and experience design within a healthcare setting, with hands-on exposure to VOC data, UX research, and data-driven decision making. You'll collaborate with leaders across marketing, analytics, product, and digital teams to analyze customer interactions,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Pursuit of a graduate degree (full or part-time) in an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to plan assignments.
Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives.
Participate in projects to develop professional skills and expertise.
Assist in planning and implementing unit projects within area of expertise.
Conduct research and prepare reports with recommendations for action.

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
