United Concordia Dental offers a Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Graduate Internship designed to develop the next generation of CX, analytics, and digital strategy professionals. You will gain hands-on exposure to VOC analysis, journey evaluation, UX research, and data-driven decision-making within a healthcare organization.

As part of the Customer Experience team, you will collaborate with leaders, digital teams, marketing, product owners, and analytics partners to analyze interactions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Customer Experience Management, Human-Centered Design, UX, Digital Marketing, Product Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience with Voice of Customer (VOC) analytics, customer journey mapping, customer experience measurement, or digital experience analysis.

Responsibilities

Analyze voice-of-customer data and customer interactions.
Evaluate customer journeys and digital experience assessments.
Review Adobe Analytics insights to inform improvements and optimization.
Develop journey maps and experience recommendations for stakeholders.
Prepare presentations and reports for cross-functional teams.
