Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company in Ladson, SC, seeks a GPS Machine Control Sales and Support Specialist to demonstrate Komatsu technology to customers and internal teams. You will coordinate grade control demos, provide product support during the sales process, and offer ongoing assistance after the sale of equipment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to learn heavy equipment operation and GPS technology.
• Knowledge of precision GPS products and surveying basics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grade control demonstrations with the sales force.
• Effectively demonstrate the value of cutting-edge Komatsu technology to customers.
• Communicate with the GPS manufacturer.
• Provide product support and training during the sales process.
• Continue support and training after equipment sale.
• Manage grade control sales and rental activities.
• Provide basic tech troubleshooting to company technicians.
• Facilitate communication between customer, Komatsu, and Topcon dealer.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
