Beard Equipment is seeking a GPS Sales &Machine Control Sales Support Specialist to help customers maximize productivity through innovative machine control and technology solutions. This role combines sales support, customer relationship management, product expertise, and field troubleshooting to support our construction and earthmoving customers throughout our territory.

You will support GPS, machine control, and SmartGrade technology solutions, work with Sales Representatives to identify

Qualifications

Demonstrated strong customer service and communication.
Ability to work independently in the field and at job sites.
Mechanical aptitude and interest in construction technology.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Support and promote GPS, machine control, and SmartGrade technology solutions.
Partner with Sales Representatives to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and provide quotes.
Assist with machine control demonstrations and customer training.
Troubleshoot machine control systems and serve as a technical resource for customers.
Build strong customer relationships and help grow technology sales opportunities.
Work closely with dealership teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
