Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for customer-facing roles.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service across the sales process.
• Ability to learn and operate heavy equipment and related technology.
• Knowledge of precision GPS products and how they integrate with equipment.
• Basic understanding of computer networks, systems and software relevant to equipment.
• General land/construction surveying knowledge and applicable practices.
• Ability to utilize land/construction surveying equipment in field settings.
• Strong construction knowledge and practical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grade control demonstrations with the sales force.
• Demonstrate the value of Komatsu technology to customers.
• Communicate with the GPS manufacturer to align solutions.
• Provide product support and training to customers during the sales process.
• Continue post-sale training and support to customers as needed.
• Manage grade control sales and rental activities.
• Provide basic technology troubleshooting to company technicians.
• Facilitate communication between the customer, Komatsu, and local Topcon dealer.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
