Linder Industrial Machinery Company, a premier heavy equipment dealer, seeks a sales-support specialist to showcase Komatsu technology and the advantages of machine control to customers. You will coordinate grade control demonstrations with the sales team and provide hands-on product support during the sales process.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to learn heavy equipment operation and precision GPS products.
• Basic understanding of computer networks, systems and software.
• General land/construction surveying knowledge and ability to use surveying equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grade control demonstrations with the sales force.
• Demonstrate the value of available technology to customers.
• Communicate with GPS manufacturers.
• Provide product support and training during the sales process.
• Continue support and training after the sale of equipment.
• Manage machine control product inventory.
• Manage grade control sales and rental activities.
• Provide basic technology troubleshooting to technicians.
• Facilitate communication between customer, Komatsu, and local Topcon dealer.
• Other duties as requested by manager.
