Job summary

Komatsu America Corp. is seeking a GPS Machine Control Specialist to provide technical solutions and application expertise for Intelligent Machine Control and Smart Construction products.

You will support the sales team, build long-term customer relationships, and specialize in IMC and Smart Construction solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will promote products, conduct demonstrations and training, and travel within the area of responsibility with a

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction, mining, and/or industrial maintenance.
• BS or 5+ years contract administration or equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience with smart construction, survey, and/or machine control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in promoting all Komatsu Intelligent Machine Control products and aftermarket machine control offerings.
• Be an active participant in industry associations and events and monitor competitive activity.
• Assist with customer product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training.
• Communicate regularly with regional GMs and sales managers to share information on customer and competitive activity.
• Sell services including jobsite GPS localizations, data conversions, topographic drone surveys, and machine calibrations.
• Provide internal training on IMC and Smart Construction offerings and after-market offerings.
