Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company in Ladson, SC, is seeking a GPS Machine Control Sales and Support Specialist to clearly demonstrate Komatsu technology to customers and support the sales team.

You will coordinate grade control demonstrations, provide product training, communicate with the GPS manufacturer and our dealers, and help manage sales and rental activities. This is a commission-based role with relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with precision GPS products and surveying concepts.
• Ability to learn heavy equipment operation and related technology.
• Experience with land/construction surveying Equipment and networks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grade control demonstrations with the sales force.
• Demonstrate technology value to customers and explain benefits.
• Communicate with the GPS manufacturer and dealers.
• Provide product support and training during the sales process.
• Continue support after the sale of equipment.
• Manage grade control sales and rental activities.
• Offer basic troubleshooting procedures to technicians.
• Facilitate communication between customer, Komatsu, and local Topcon dealer.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
