Job summary

Humana Government Business seeks a Workforce Management Professional 2 to bridge HGB with Human Resources, ensuring contract compliance and delivering staffing models and labor cost proposals for government contracts. You will participate in audits and manage the HGB Position Tracking System, while coordinating with a contingent labor vendor and guiding leaders on temporary staffing needs.

The role involves posting vacancies in Workday, responding to HR requests, and supporting special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experienced with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with the unique requirements of our government contracts.
• Provide timely responses to requests for information from the HR Business Partners.
• Provide guidance to Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday in a timely manner.
• Work closely with HGB pricing team on the development of these models.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Manage the maintenance of the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate and timely updates to information on staffing levels and authorized positions.
• Produce the monthly report in a timely manner.
• Support HGB by developing and issuing other routine and ad hoc reports from the Position Tracking System, Workday payroll system, and other sources.
• Develop/maintain a positive relationship with HGB's contingent labor vendor.
• Consult with leaders on their temporary staffing needs and provide guidance on most effective use of contingent labor.
• Coordinate the screening and onboarding of temporary workers, verifying required training, ensuring they have required access, confirming approval of timecards, and processing accurate invoices.
• Participate with Corporate Procurement in the development of contract terms and conditions and evaluate potential vendors that meet our government contracting requirements for small business spend.
• Assist with special projects assigned to the team.
