Citizant is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to manage PIV card enrollments, verification, and documentation in a security-conscious environment. You will handle appointments, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate data collection while maintaining strict confidentiality and high service levels.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving security procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attend local hiring events 3-4 times a month.
• Previous experience in a similar role or administrative/customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage PIV enrollments.
• Answer calls and emails about PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate enrollment and verify applicant identity.
• Maintain efficient, accurate appointment flow.
• Collect personal information and biometric data.
• Verify documents and prevent fraudulent enrollment.
• Ensure data security and privacy of information.
• Explain enrollment steps and provide good customer service.
• Escalate and de-escalate customer concerns as needed.
• Recordkeeping of enrollment progress and statuses.
• Maintain spreadsheets tracking files for new applicants and employees.
• Stay updated on policies, regulations, and training.
