Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant in the United States to help government clients modernize their Human Capital Management and payroll systems. The role emphasizes leading teams, guiding change initiatives, and delivering outcomes that improve readiness and adoption.

As a Crowe consultant, you will apply PROSCI-based methods, collaborate across client teams, and leverage AI-enabled insights to drive value.

Qualifications

At least two years of experience applying PROSCI methodology.
At least one year of experience with readiness analysis for a $10M+ project.
At least one year of guiding stakeholders through change.
Prosci certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess organizational readiness and change impacts; identify gaps, risks, and actions to address them.
Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders, explain changes, and support awareness, commitment, and readiness.
Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training activities.
Support readiness networks and change champions within client organizations.
Maintain stakeholder records, engagement trackers, and readiness reporting in project tools.
Prepare status updates, presentations, knowledge transfer materials, and lessons learned.
Work with project leaders, subject matter experts, and other delivery teams across project phases.
