Job summary

You will assess readiness, coordinate change activities, and partner with client leaders to ensure successful adoption.

This role demands strong management consulting skills, clear communication, and the ability to guide teams through multi‑firm change initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience applying a recognized OCM methodology, such as PROSCI.
• At least one year of experience guiding stakeholders through change on a highly complex project valued at $10 million or more.
• At least one year of experience performing organizational readiness analysis and planning.
• Prosci certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness and change impacts; identify gaps, risks, and actions to address them.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders, explain changes, and support awareness, commitment, and readiness.
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training activities.
• Support readiness networks and change champions within client organizations.
• Maintain stakeholder records, engagement trackers, and readiness reporting in project tools.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, knowledge transfer materials, and lessons learned.
• Work with project leaders, subject matter experts, and other delivery teams across project phases.
