Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting to oversee the full lifecycle of GovCon outsource engagements. You will manage proposals, staff, and client relationships, ensuring timely billing and accurate financial reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, 6+ years of accounting with leadership experience, and strong GAAP knowledge. CPA candidate preferred. Strong Excel and ERP systems experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
• Six+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years leading teams in GovCon.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of outsourced finance & accounting engagements for GovCon clients.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and GAAP financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, DCAA and GovCon regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost/contract accounting activities.
