Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting to lead the full life cycle of GovCon outsource engagements. You will oversee staff, review final work products, and manage portfolio financial performance while maintaining client relationships and timely billing.

The role requires six+ years in government contracting accounting, CPA or CPA candidate status, and advanced Excel skills. You will guide project setup, funding, invoicing, and profitability analysis in a dynamic team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Six+ years progressive accounting experience with leadership in GovCon environment.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle of outsourced finance & accounting engagements for GovCon clients.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual close and GAAP-compliant statements.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, DCAA and government contractor regulations.
