Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage customers in the Cashier Area and Club Desk, delivering world-class service and handling returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions with accuracy.

Reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, you will help maintain a clean, organized front-end, answer product questions, support promotions, and build lasting customer relationships for a best-in-class shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills; good verbal and written communication; able to communicate cross-functionally.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and deliver world-class service in Front-End areas (Cashier, Club Desk).
• Handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty program rewards per SOP.
• Assist in keeping Front-End areas stocked and visually appealing to drive sales and customer experience.
