Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, processing returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while maintaining a clean front-end. You will handle payments securely and provide product information to customers.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting offerings, and assisting with loyalty programs and promotions. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with prior retail or service

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer in the cashier area and club desk to deliver world class service.
• Handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, promos, and loyalty rewards at the front end.
• Process cashier transactions securely and accurately according to SOP.
• Provide product information and direct customers to store areas or team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end area and ensure merchandise presence.
• Stay updated on promotions and support merchandising efforts during life cycles.
