Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, processing payments, returns, exchanges, and promotions while maintaining a premier front-end presentation.

You will assist customers with product information, stay updated on promotions, and help build lasting customer relationships to drive sales and a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in Cashier Area and Club Desk to deliver service.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Maintain front-end cleanliness and merchandise presentation.
• Handle payments securely per SOP and provide product information.
• Promote promotions and loyalty programs to drive sales.
