Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Customer Service Associate to engage customers in the Cashier Area and Club Desk, processing transactions and promoting products. You will support returns, exchanges, and loyalty promotions while maintaining a clean, welcoming front-end.

Responsibilities include answering product questions, guiding customers, and staying current on promotions. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift a 30 lb box.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and store software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and deliver world class service.
• Handle front-end operations: returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presence and front-end cleanliness.
• Process payments securely and accurately.
• Stay updated on promotions and events.
• Provide product information and direct customers as needed.
• Give feedback to Sales and Service Manager.
• Ensure front-end equipment and supplies are maintained.
