Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage Customers at the cashier and club desk, processing transactions and promotions while delivering warm, knowledgeable service. You will support front-end operations, help with returns and exchanges, and promote store promotions to drive sales and a best-in-class experience.

The role requires standing for long periods, basic computer skills, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lb, and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the Front-End areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk) and provide world-class service.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Assist in maintaining a premiere merchandise presentation to drive sales and customer experience.
• Handle payments securely following SOP and answer product questions.
