Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Palm Desert, CA to engage Customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, processing returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while maintaining a clean, organized front-end. You will handle payments securely and stay updated on promotions to drive sales and deliver a best-in-class experience.

The role requires strong communication, basic MS Office skills, and a friendly, proactive approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Focus on building lasting relationships that keep the Customer coming back.
• Greeting and engaging Customers throughout the Front-End areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk).
• Executing all Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.
