PGA TOUR Superstore in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage Customers in the Cashier Area and Club Desk, processing transactions, returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while delivering a best-in-class Customer experience.

You will help maintain a clean, organized front-end, stay up to date on promotions, assist with loyalty programs, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy team culture that drives sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use retail software.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the front-end areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk) with world-class service.
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end and assist with merchandising as needed.
• Support promotions and loyalty programs and educate customers on offerings.
