Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage Customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, delivering world‑class service and handling returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while keeping the front end clean and organized.

You will process payments securely, answer product questions, stay current on promotions, and help drive sales by building lasting customer relationships with strong communication and basic computer skills. Flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office experience.
• Able to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and deliver world‑class service in Front‑End areas.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions per SOP.
• Maintain clean, well‑presented Front‑End areas and merchandise presence.
• Accept cash, credit/debit payments and gift cards securely.
• Provide product information and direct Customers to store areas or staff.
• Stay updated on promotions and marketing events to drive sales.
